The contractor shall also paint to match existing, an estimated 65 windows located in the same building. The work shall include all repair to the frames, glazing as needed, all finishing, scraping, & priming as called for in the specifications. The contractor shall also remove sheet rock in the interior of building 246 which is presently covering up 9 of the windows. The contractor shall also remove and replace 9 Modular Work Stations to accommodate working space requirements. The building will be occupied during the construction period. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The size standard for a small business concern including it:s affiliates is average annual sales or receipts for the proceeding three (3)fiscal years, not to exceed $7 MILLION. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542. The RFQ is to be Issued on or about 13 August.
