This is Amendment 02 to Request for Proposal (RFP) Number DASG62-00-R-0011 for the Advanced Pointer Tracker (APT) Tracker for use at the White Sands Missile Range, White Sands, New Mexico. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) acquisition. Potential offerors shall provide Firm Fixed Prices for each CLIN as set forth in the original solicitation. Alternate proposals are authorized and encouraged in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. However, as a minimum, each offeror shall submit proposals in the format and content as set forth in the solicitation.
