Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is M6700100Q0040. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The proposed acquisition is a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code for this requirement is 3569 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Item #0001: One (38) ea. Koke, Model L1003390 Custom Pallet Jacks , 10,000 lbs capacity, forks to be 33 inches wide X 90 inches long. Minimum space between forks to be 18 inches, load wheels to fall wholly within a space 75 inches to 88 inches from the face of the jack, (Where forks are attached to jack body), both when the forks are fully lowered and when the forks are fully raised. Fork height: maximum lowered to bee 3 inches. Minimum raised to be 8 inches. All wheels to be of steel, with sealed bearings. Load wheels to be 3 inches (+/- 1/8") High X Minimum 4 inches wide. Steering wheels to be dual and a minimum of 8 inches high X 2 inches wide each> Jacks to have 3-position controls on handle. Minimum 6 month warranty on hydraulics, linkage, and wheels. Partial shipments will be accepted. Deivery to be 60 days from date of award. FOB Destination to Freight Traffic Branch, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC 28542. Quotes other than FOB Destination will be rejected. "OFFEROR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETED COPIES OF FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.225-7000 WITH THEIR QUOTE. The Offeror is required to provide their Contractor's DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. DFAR 252.204-7004 (mar 1998) Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR).
