Description

This synopsis is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued, upon request via email. The Solicitation Number is MDA410-00-Q-0233. This action will be processed using simplified acquisition procedures. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is an education activity and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. DoDEA requires licenses for Lotus Communications software and Lotus Sametime Software under the Total Campus Communications Academic Passport Option. QUOTATIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL, BY 9:00 A.M., EST, 22 OCT 00. Vendors are also requested to provide DUNS, Tax ID, and Cage Code. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database (www.ccr2000.com) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) are mandatory. Fax proposals are acceptable (703) 696-4871.
