Description

Firm Fixed Price type contract for Leasing with Option to Purchase and Maintenance on Endoscopic equipment for the Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune, NC. Lease period one basic year period and 2 option periods, total 36 months with option to purchase at the end of lease period. Lease to include: 4 ea #1005, model # EG-2930, Video Gastroscope; 4 ea #1007, model # EC-3830tl, Video Colonoscope; 4 ea, #1009, model #ES-3830, Video Sigmoidoscope with forward water jet; 1 ea #1011, model # ED-3430t/3440t, Video Duodenoscope; 1 ea, #1013, SONY-UP-5600 Color Video Printer; 2 ea #1015 PENTAX -EPM3300 Video Processor; 2 ea #1017, PENTAX VB 153012 Video Bronchoscope. Lease/Maintenance contract shall include service to maintain in satisfactory operating condition new (unused, not remanufactured) equipment, two (2) preventive maintenance checkups per year, to include inspection, calibration, electrical and mechanical safety verification and all labor, travel, parts and shipping necessary to maintain the equipment. Loaner equipment shall be provided at no additional cost when equipment is in need of adjustment or repair. This leasing/Maintenance contract shall provide all service requirements generated by the Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital staff. The proposed contract is 100 percent small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the requirement is 622110 . The resultant contract will be for a Firm Fixed Price type contract with one basic period plus two option periods. All contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) as a condition for award.
