Description

NAICS 56720, Building Cleaning and Maintenance Services. This notification will serve as an amendment to the refernced solicitation. An SF-30 will not be issued. The following responses are made available: 1) How many people are currently employed under the contract? (This information was requested with regard to the FAR 52.222-50)As of this writing, the present levels are as follows: a) 17 employees b) 2 supervisors. Note: The Government does not guarantee that these are the numbers of individuals required to perform services required under the subject contract. 2) Please provide the amount of day cleaning verses night cleaning. The response is as follows: a) 80% Daytime b) 20% Night time. Note: This is an estimate only and the Government does not guarantee the accuracy of this estimate. 3) Building clearance requests that are made to the Contracting Officer's Representative must be made 3 days prior to the employee performing services under the contract. No exceptions will be made. 4) This is a reminder that this procurement is 100% set-aside for HUBZone small businesses, in accordance with FAR 52.219-3, as identified in the original synopsis numbered note 27. 5) The receipt for proposals WILL NOT be extended. Time established as November 17, 2000, at 2:00 p.m., local time remains effective. Facsimile proposals ARE NOT accepted for this procurement. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be mailed out. Solicitations are available for download from the Electronic Posting System (www.eps.gov).
