Description

Interested sources are sought for technical data library support services, management support services, and administrative support services at Naval Aviation Depot, North Island, San Diego, CA. The services, which are currently provided by Government personnel, were announced for commercial activity cost comparison study in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. It is anticipated that the contract type will be firm-fixed price with award fee provisions. The contract will consist of a one month phase in, a base year, and four one year options. Interested parties are invited to access, review, and comment on the Draft Performance Work Statement which will be located at the FISC San Diego website (www.sd.fisc.navy.mil). Comments and suggestions may be submitted via e-mail to: Leonard_L_Anthony@sd.fisc.navy.mil. Interested sources will also be listed on the web site. Contractors who wish to be added to the on-line list are required to submit company name, address, point of contact, phone number, business size, area of interest or expertise, and a detailed capability statement. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the FISC web site by January 2001. The solicitation will also be available on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO)web site at (www.neco.navy.mil). It is the responsibility of the interested party to independantly review the above referenced web links for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors shall be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation, attachments, exhibits, and amendments. No hard copy documentation shall be provided.
