Description

Eglin AFB has a requirement to Upgrade Lighting, in Building 600, Eglin AFB, FL. This project includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and material in connection with installation of high intensity lighting fixtures. The work will consist of installing new high intensity discharge lighting fixtures, switching duty circuit breakers, and all associated conduit and wiring in portions of Building 600, Eglin AFB, FL. The lump sum contract price shall include the cost of performing the work as shown on the drawing and as specified hereafter. The estimated dollar range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Performance period is 90 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Agency. THE QUOTE CLOSING DATE OF 23 JANUARY 2001 IS AN ESTIMATED DATE. Firms responding shall indicate if they are interested in this project as a prime or a subcontractor; contractors must reply either by facsimile at (850) 882-9442/1014, Attention Ms Lillie Alford-Loggins or by e-mail, lillie.loggins@eglin.af.mil. No response to this notice is necessary and no Source list will be maintained. This is a paperless acquisition. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued, but Request for Quote (RFQ), will be available on the Federal Government's Electronic Posting System (www.eps.gov). See Note 26.
