Description

Provide personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to assemble, print and deliver a minimum of 5000 copies of bi-weekly Civilian Enterprise (CE) Newspaper (Title: THE CASEMATE) to distribution points at on post and other designated locations, using editorial material and instructions supplied by the Government. Each edition shall contain a minimum of 20 pages total, unless otherwise agreed to by the Commander's editorial staff for Fort Monroe, Virginia. As part of the proposal each Contractor shall submit a sample copy of a similar newspaper recently completed. A decision to award shall be based on the outcome of sample comparison, as well as other factors. The published material shall be at No Cost to the Government. The Publisher shall look solely to advertising revenue to fund to cost of the publication. The contract will be for the period of one year, with four annual renewal options (a possible total of five years for the contract). This procurement is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 2752 or North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 511110. The applicable small business size standard is no more than 500 employees. If you are interested in obtaining a copy of the solicitation, send a non-refundable check or money order to Superintendent of Documents, in the amount of $8.00 for the first set of subject solicitation and $6.00 for each additional set. CD format is also available for $15.00 for the first CD-ROM and $15.00 for each additional copy.
