Description

Construction of new golf course equipment maintenance building and other incidental related work. Estimated between $1,000,000 & $5,000,000. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.232-33, see (www.ccr2000.com). Bids will be rejected if contractor is not registered prior to submitting a bid. This procurement is solicited on a unrestricted basis. It is a mandatory requirement for the contractor to schedule a site visit at Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter, SC. Point of contact to schedule a site visit is Gerald Pearson at 803-895-5005. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to: (1) Construct a new golf course equipment maintenance building. (2) Covered washrack (3) Fertilizer storage shed (4) Sand storage area and fuel dispensing area. (5) Other work includes repairs to cart path (6) Grassing of bare areas (7) Re-paving the golf maintenance roads (8) Repairs to the pond retaining wall, and other incidental related work.
