PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE MODIFICATION 3: The solicitation issuance date is changed from the week of 12-16 March 2001 to 26 Mar 2001. This solicitation is changed from a competitive 100% set-aside under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act to an Unrestricted Solicitation with a priority for the Randolph Sheppard Act. The solicitation will be made available on the Government_s Electronic Posting System World Wide Web site (www.eps.gov) not later than 26 March 2001. The solicitation will only be issued electronically. Paper (hard) copies of the solicitation will not be issued. A site visit/preproposal meeting is scheduled for 9:00 am, 6 Apr 2001. Interested offerors are highly encouraged to attend. All attendees are required to submit individual names to TSgt Sharpe prior to arrival at the Visitor Center, Schriever AFB, CO. Allow at least 25 minutes to process through the Visitors Center. If attendees are interested in having a one-on-one discussion with the Government, please notify TSgt Sharpe when responding about the site visit. One-on-one meetings will be scheduled for 30-minute sessions the afternoon of 6 Apr 2001, following the site visit. The estimated award date is 1 June 2001.
