Description

The Government requires husbanding services for Miami and Palm Beach FL. Services will consist of trash removal,collection/holding/transfer(CHT) sewage removal,waste oil and aggregate water removal,fresh potable water,pilotage,tugboat services,crance services(gangway)paint float rental ,and material handling equipment services. Services are to be for one year with the option to procure services for two additional one-year period. The solicitation is available on line at http:// www.jax.fisc.navy.mil and NECO web link http://www.neco.navy.mil. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web links frequently for updates to any and all documents.Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments(if any). The Government does not anticipate paper copies of these documents to be issued. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer. The procurement standard is $5.0 million NAICS 48839. Numberded Note 1 applies to this procurement.
