CORRECTION: This action was originally publicized in the CBD on June 20, 2001 and is amended as follows: Product is Coil Steel for delivery to UNICOR FCI Terminal Island, CA. This is Amendment #0001 to Solicitation No. MT591-01. The bid closing date and time is amended to read July 9, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. EDT in lieu of June 29, 2001. The Competitive Bidding Event date is extended to July 16, 2001 starting at 1:00 p.m. EDT. The Cost Breadkown Worksheets are required to be submitted to FreeMarkets by July 24, 2001 at 5:00 p.m. EDT. A reminder that all amendments issued must be acknowledged and signed in Blocks #15A, 15B, and 15C, respectively, and returned to UNICOR, ATTN: Louise Stoneberger. See Amendment #0001 on UNICOR's website (www.gov/procurement/metals) for all the applicable contract clauses that are a part of this amendment and subject solicitation. All other contract terms and conditions remain unchanged.
