Description

R TRADOC Acquisition Center (TAC), Fort Eustis, Virginia intends to issue solicitation DABT60-01-R-0019 for Adjutant General (AG) Services at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Services will include Information Management and Administration, Personnel Strength Accounting, Processing of Personnel Automation Operations, Processing Personnel Records, Support Processing for MOS/MMRB, Administrative Services Support, Personnel Processing, Processing Personnel Actions, Personnel Manning, Line of Duty (LOD) Investigations, Transition/Separation/Retirement Support, and Casualty Management. The acquisition is competed under the A-76 process governed by OMB Circular A-76 and associated DA Pamphlets. This action is competed under Full and Opened Competition basis. The applicable NAICS Code is 561110 with a size standard of $5 million. The apparent successful offeror will compete with the Government In-House Most Efficient Organization (MEO). If a decision is made to contract for the services a 90-day Phase-In (after Notice to Proceed) is contemplated. Contract is for a 12-month Base Period (following the Phase-In Period) with four (4) 12-month Option Periods. A competitive range may be limited for efficiency purposes in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.3. Oral Presentations will be required of all offerors. The solicitation and ALL amendments will be issued via the TAC Web Page (www.tac.eustis.army.mil) under the heading of "Solicitations/Fort Leonard Wood/DABT60-01-R-0019". NO PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION OR ANY AMENDMENTS WILL BE PRINTED, MAILED OR PROVIDED. Announcement of amendments will not be made. It is strongly suggested that vendors periodically check the TAC web page for new amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled and none can be provided. The solicitation will be posted on the TAC web page on or about 1 Aug 2001 with an initial closing date established for 17 Sep 2001. A site visit will be conducted at Fort Leonard Wood. There will be only one (1) site visit. Date, time and directions will be contained in SECTION L of the solicitation.
