Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is M6700101Q0037. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The proposed acquisition is a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code for this requirement is 2394 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Request quote be for an awning type that offers a variety of colors at the same price. Approximately three (3) sites will require the "shifting" of overhead lights to accommodate the awnings. All awnings, except for two (2), will be hung from ceiling. Pricing should include all hardware required for installation. FOB Destination to Freight Traffic Branch, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC 28542. Quotes other than FOB Destination will be rejected. "OFFEROR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETED COPIES OF FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.225-7000 WITH THEIR QUOTE. The Offeror is required to provide their Contractor's DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered must be for that name and address provided by the Contractor.
