- Description
- The Regional Contracting Department Pearl Harbor Hawaii intends to negotiate from a written quotation, a sole source contract for commercial services/supplies in accordance with FAR Part 12 using FAR Part 13.5 procedures and award a single contract to the City and County of Honolulu. All contractors shall be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards. This RFQ/solicitation may be downloaded from our website at http://www.cic.pearl.fisc.navy.mil/fisc/owa/solicitation_registration.start_page. RFQ/Solicitation No. N00604-01-T-B112 is assigned. Source(s) are responsible to periodically check this website for any amendments that may be issued, until the closing date of the quotation. Hard copies of the solicitation shall not be available. Phone requests will not be accepted. Offerors shall provide their name, address, phone/fax numbers and e-mail address. The RFQ will be available at our website approximately 01 August 2001. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offerors inability to access the document posted on the referenced web page. For reference, the solicitation/RFQ shall also be posted to the NECO web site (www.neco.navy.mil/search_edi.cfm). The signed, completed quotation/solicitation, including the marked certifications/representations found in clause FAR 52.212-3 shall be e-mailed to deborah_a_alberto@pearl.fisc.navy.mil or faxed to (808) 473-5750 by 2:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time on 07 August 2001. The text of all referenced clauses can be viewed at http://arnet.gov/far. An award is anticipated no later than 21 August 2001. The criteria for award shall be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, responsible offer. This requirement is to: obtain services to use the City and County of Honolulu's Waimanalo Gulch refuse disposal site for the base period from 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002 with three (3) twelve-month option periods. The solicitation/ RFQ includes FAR clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. Note 22 applies.
