Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA4416-01-T-0267 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a 100% small business set aside. The SIC code is 2491. The size standard is 500 employees. Description: Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to fully install split rail fence at Andrews Base Lake on Andrews AFB, Md. The contractor shall install split rail fencing in the locations designated in Appendix "A" (see upload attachment of Statement of Work). The delivery will be FOB destination with a delivery date of 31 August 2001. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, " Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and addenda's. Offerors shall include with their offers, a completed copy of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items; FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items is applicable to this solicitation. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, FAR 52.228-5 Insurance -- Work on a Government Installation, is applicable to this acquisition. The following clauses are checked: 52.232.33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration and 52.222-41 Service Contract Act of 1965, as amended (41 U.S.C. 351, et seq.). DFARs clause 252.204-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration is applicable to the solicitation.
