Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Invitation For Bid (IFB) No IB-31ME-1-1003 is being issued as a IFB, and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular(FAC) 97-27.
