Description

Subject solicitation is for commercial items and is being processed in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. It is being issued as an RFP using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Ite ms. The Western Regional Contracting Office intends to establish a firm, fixed-price requirements contract that will provide for Misc. Hematology and Urinalysis Reagents and Supplies for Weed Army Community Hospital, Fort Irwin CA. The reagents shall be compatible with the Maxim Coulter Analyzer for the hematology products and the Clinitek 200+ Analyzer for the urinalysis products. The solicitation number is DADA13-01-R-0023, the NAICS code is 325413 with a size standard of 500 employees. The contract w ill be established with a base period plus four option years, beginning on or about 01 November 2001.
