Description

In May 2001, the U.S. Agency for International Development, Office of Procurement issued a presolicitation notice regarding advisory and assistance services in support of the Global Bureau's, Women in Development Office's Women's Legal Rights initiative. The solicitation number referenced in that announcement was M/OP-01-994. This notice is to inform all interested parties that a solicitation under that number will not be issued. Instead, the requirement for services in support of the Women's Legal Rights initiative has been incorporated in a new solicitation -- number M/OP-02-296 -- which will be posted in the Commerce Business Daily as well as on the USAID website (www.usaid.gov) this month. All firms/persons who had contacted the Office of Procurement specifically requesting inclusion on the mailing list for M/OP-01-994 will be automatically included on the mailing list for solicitation no. M/OP-02-296.*****
